founder of therhiclub xxx i started trc because movement changed my life — and i wanted other girls to feel that shift too.

so… TRC was born

what began as coaching turned into content, then community. therhiclub is a female-led, event-driven space built around movement, mindset + connection.

we host monthly run + cycle clubs, global fitness trips, panels, pop-ups, socials — and now, the trc membership: a way to stay connected between it all, meet other trc girls near you, and feel part of something wherever you are.

whether you join a run, book a trip, or just vibe from afar — trc’s for the girls who want to move more, feel stronger, and have fun doing it — together.

The (short) version:

if you’d told teenage me i’d build a community around movement, i’d have laughed !! back then, exercise was punishment — something i did to shrink, not to feel good.

everything changed when i discovered strength training. for the first time, i was tracking progress, not calories — and i actually liked it.

then came running. signing up for a marathon mid–quarter-life spiral reminded me how to be a beginner again. it gave me structure, freedom, and confidence.

in 2023, i launched therhiclub to help other girls feel that same shift. coaching became content. content built community. and soon, we were hosting events, not just calls.

it grew fast — and i burnt out. i paused, travelled, reflected — and realised it was never just about fitness. it was about connection.

so, in late 2024, we relaunched. female-led. community-first. full of energy.

since then, we’ve sold out trips, partnered with brands like Sony + Casetify, launched a London run club, dropped merch, and introduced the trc membership (!!!!!!)

today, trc is a global community for women who love movement — or want to learn how. we’re here to help you move more, try new things, and feel really good doing it. no pressure to be the best — just the most willing to try.

and me?

i’m 28, born and raised in south east london. big fan of running, cycling, surfing, crossfit, hiking, coffee, flight booking, list-making, and eating all the time. i run trc with my gorg team and it still feels like a dream come true xxx
